I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)

Can you add pictures to QuickBooks estimates?
Using QuickBooks to create quotes or estimates (these are considered one and the same)? Unfortunately, when it comes to attaching external images, etc. to a quote, that capability does not exist within QuickBooks.
How do I add a company name to my QuickBooks invoice?
Click the Customers tab at the top menu bar. Select Customer Center. Go to the Customers & Jobs tab. Double-click to open the customer name. Go to Address Info. Below Invoice/Bill to, enter the name. Click OK.

Click the organization name, select Settings, then click Invoice settings. Click New Branding Theme. Enter a name to help identify the theme. Adjust the other options as needed, such as page margins, font, etc. You can also enter your contact details and invoice or quote terms. Click Save.
