I used to the old pdfiller where I can delete pages that I do not need. Maybe, It is also available here and I just need to take time to learn of how to delete pages that I do not need and able to edit even after completing and saved the doc.

Launch the RDS license manager if not already running. Right-click the server name and select Installation Licenses. Choose the applicable license program and click Next. Enter the licensing information requested and click Next. Enter the product version, license type, and quantity and click Next.
Sign in to the server you want to use as the license server using your administrator account. In Server Manager, click Roles Summary, and then click Add Roles. Select Remote Desktop Services, and confirm with Next. Select Remote Desktop Licensing, and then click Next.

In Remote Desktop Licensing Manager right-click the license server, click Create Report, and then click Per User CAL Usage. Set the scope for the report — select one of the following: Click Create Report.
Installing RDS CAL son Windows Server 2016/2019 Right-click your server in Remote Desktop Licensing Manager and select Installation Licenses. Select the activation method (automatic, online or by phone) and the license program (in our case, it is Enterprise Agreement).
Each user and device that connects to a Remote Desktop Session host needs a client access licenses (CAL). You use RD Licensing to install, issue, and track RDS CAL's. When a user or a device connects to an RD Session Host server, the RD Session Host server determines if an RDS CAL is needed.
On the license server (usually the first RD Connection Broker), open the Remote Desktop Licensing Manager. Right-click the license server, and then click Install licenses. Click Next on the welcome page.
A client access license (CAL) is needed for each user and device that connects to a Remote Desktop Session (RDS) host. An RDS licensing server is needed to install, issue, and track RDS CAL's. When a user or a device connects to an RD Session Host server, the RD Session Host server determines if an RDS CAL is needed.
