Go in and play with it and learn all the functions, otherwise it seems too expensive for simply filling in the blanks.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Everything is legible. When you have the ability to type in fields, of a pre-typed form, other people have an easier time reading.

The project charter is formally accepted and approved by the project sponsor and other designated stakeholders. Formal approval acknowledges the completion, review and acceptance of all the deliverables produced during the Initiate Stage.
According to PMI®'s PMBOK Guide (5th edition), a project charter is a document issued by the project initiator or sponsor that formally authorizes the existence of a project and provides the project manager with the authority to apply organizational resources to project activities.
In the current version of PMBOK (4th Edition), it clearly says on page 74 that a project sponsor or initiator will either create the project charter or delegate that duty to the project manager. c. It provides authority to the project manager to begin applying resources to project activities.
The project charter includes: The purpose and objectives of the project in clear, concise language. Requirements of the project, very high level, not much detail here. You should mark the major milestones, so everyone agrees on deliverables or activities that can be expected before the end date of the project.
Project name. Name your project, and make the title as specific as you can. Purpose, objective (goal), and project specification. Budget. Deliverables. Scope and risks. Timeframe or milestones. Key stakeholders. Team roles and responsibilities.
Project Charter. Develop a Project Charter. A Project Charter is a formal document that authorizes the project team to execute project activities and provides the project manager with the ability to apply organizational resources to project activities. The PMP exam could include six to ten questions on project charter.
The sponsor or the initiator signs the project charter. The PMBOK® Guide, 4th edition (new one) states: Projects are authorized by someone external to the project such as a sponsor, PMO or portfolio steering committee. The project initiator or sponsor should be at a level that is appropriate for funding the project.
