There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

With Android O, Google is giving the experience a bit of a revamp. “Notification Dots” are small, circular blobs that sit on top of your app icons. They'll only appear when you have an unread notification -- long-tap, and you'll get a quick preview in the form of speech-like bubbles.
One such feature is notification dots. With this feature enabled, you will get a quick indication on either your home screen or your App Drawer that a notification is available for an app. Say, for instance, a new comment on one of your videos arrives in the YouTube app.
App icon badge In supported launchers on devices running Android 8.0 (API level 26) and higher, app icons indicate new notifications with a colored “badge” (also known as a “notification dot”) on the corresponding app launcher icon. Google brought a handful of changes in Android Oreo, both big and small. Among the smaller, yet welcome additions to the operating system is something the company calls Notification Dots. Essentially, these are small markers on home screen icons that let you know when an app has a notification.
You can change what you get notified about when you're on and off Facebook. While push notifications are sent to you when you aren't using Facebook, in-app notifications appear as notification dots. Open the Facebook app for iOS or Android.
With Android Oreo, Google introduced notifications dots, allowing users to see a small marking above individual app icons if it has a corresponding notification. But unlike with other operating systems, it doesn't show a tally of notifications.
