Awesome experience. I use this tool to submit financial documents to my Global Headquarters and this makes me look like the professional that I'm not.

Seems ideal for filling Apps. Better than Acrobat Pro. While I have only played in the app for about 15 minutes, I very much like the tools provided for completing forms. In fact, they are superior (for the purpose of form completion) to those available in Adobe Acrobat Professional. They are far more intuitive. Once I get more time in, I will likely increase my rating to five stars.

Divide one hour by the number of minutes in an hour, 60, to arrive at the decimal value of 0.0167 for each minute. Divide one hour by the number of 30-minute groupings in each hour, 2, to arrive at a decimal value of 0.5 for half an hour.
Add up the total number of minutes an employee works on the first workday of the week. Then divide that number by 15, which is the number of minutes in a quarter-hour. If you get a whole number, you don't need to round. If you get a remainder, you need to round up or down.
Once converted, you can simply multiply employee (time worked * wage) to determine gross pay. For example, if an employee works 8:30 minutes, this is 8.5 hours when converted to decimal, multiply it by their hourly wage. This results in a gross wage amount.
Manual tracking To calculate payroll to the precise minute, you'll need to convert the minutes to a decimal by dividing the total amount of minutes worked by 60. For example, if the total hour and minute time for a week is 42 hours and 28 minutes, you can divide 24 by 60 to yield the decimal 0.4.

Convert all times to 24-hour clock (military time): Convert 8:45 am to 08:45 hours. Next, Subtract the start time from the end time. Now you have the actual hours and minutes worked for the day. Finally, to determined total wage, you will need to convert this to a decimal format.

You do this by dividing the minutes worked by 60. You then have the hours and minutes in numerical form, which you can multiply by the wage rate. For example, if your employee works 38 hours and 27 minutes this week, you divide 27 by 60. This gives you 0.45, for a total of 38.45 hours.
