Found it difficult to navigate through at first but after using it a few times I figured out what I needed to get done but I'm sure there are easier ways to do things in there....

It was a little tough figuring it out at first, but it seems to be doing exactly what I want it to do. In the sending and returning process, I think it could be done with perhaps fewer steps

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open the selected PNG file in the Microsoft Paint program. Select 'File', click 'Save as' Type the desired file name in the 'File name' space. Click the 'Save as type' dropdown menu and select 'JPEG' Click 'Save' and the file will be saved into the selected destination.
To encrypt a PDF file, follow these steps: 1) Locate the encrypted PDF file you want to encrypt, and open it in Preview on your Mac. 3) Once you're in the file, go to File > Export from the Menu Bar. 4) Make sure to rename the file, then make sure the Encrypt option is unchecked.
Go to the Image to PDF converter. Upload your image. We accept PNG, as well as GIF, TIFF, BMP, and JPG. Then click 'Create PDF Now'.
The JPG image will pop up in the Preview window. In the dropdown menu, scroll to find Export to PDF. Here you will have the option to change the name of the newly converted PDF document and save it to a certain location or folder on your Mac.
Open the image you'd like to convert with Preview on your Mac (usually the default) In the top left corner Click File Duplicate. You can rename the new file or leave the default (it just adds copy to the original) Close the window of the duplicate, click the drop-down next to Format.
Open Preview and then find the PNG in the popup window. Click File > Export. Name your file and select a location to save it. Change the format dropdown menu to JPG and adjust the Quality slider. Then, click Save.
