I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

It's very good app. The cost for what it offers is alot better then having a Adobe subscription. You can fax and a whole bunch of things. It just made my life easy.

Works pretty well.. I figured out how to use it without a whole lot of instruction reading. I wish the alignment in the form boxes could be made more accurate, I had to adjust many.

Open the document you want to convert, and then click the File tab.
On the backstage screen, select Save As from the list on the left.
On the Save As screen, select where you would like the PDF to be saved (OneDrive, This PC, a particular folder, or wherever).
How do I convert Word to PDF and lock it?
In the File menu, select the Info tab.
Within the Info tab select the Protect Document button.
Click Encrypt with Password.
Enter and confirm your password, then click OK.
Your document is now protected.
How do I stop Word from changing formatting?
There are two ways you can stop Word in its tracks: Disable the feature by choosing AutoCorrect Options from the Tools menu, clicking the Autocrat As You Type option, and then unchecking the Define Styles Based On Your Formatting option in the Automatically As You Type section.
