How do I password protect a PDF in Word 2010?
Click the Options button at the bottom of the save dialog window that appears. At the bottom of the options window, enable to Encrypt the document with a password option and click OK. Enter the password you want to encrypt the PDF file with and then click OK.
How do I password protect a PDF in Windows?
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
