I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. The ease of filling in forms and quickly.
What do you dislike?
Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

That the products are exceptional goes without saying, but even the best product can fail without a solid customer service/ support team. Each time I have contacted PDFfiller I have received a prompt response outlining viable solutions and knowledgeable answers. PdfFiller is great!
Very easy to use to do any type of form. The only thing that sucks is the price because I don't use it that much to pay $96 for it annually. If it was $40 or less I'd be all in. Great app to get any job done whether it's personal or business. Thank you.

Excellent Service
I did the 30 day trial period and was very satisfied with the process.I used the product for about 10 different documents within a 2 day period. I forgot about the trial period and was charged for an annual subscription and was emailed the confirmation. I went online and requested to cancel the subscription due to not needing the product and received the cancellation with 5 minutes, very satisfied.

How do I convert a locked PDF file?
Locate the PDF on your computer. Right click on it and click Open With then choose Google Chrome.
Once Google Chrome has loaded, enter the password for the PDF.
Next, right-click on the PDF and select Print.
You will now have the option to choose where to save the PDF.
The PDF no longer has password protection.
How do I convert Word to PDF and lock it?
In the File menu, select the Info tab.
Within the Info tab select the Protect Document button.
Click Encrypt with Password.
Enter and confirm your password, then click OK.
Your document is now protected.
