How do I change the order of images in a PDF?
Click the Edit button located on the left-hand side of the ribbon.
Double-click the image you want to arrange.
On the Format context tab, in the Arrangement group, click Bring To Front, Send To Back, Flip, or Rotate.
How do I reorder the order of PDF files?
Upload your PDF to the Merge Tool.
