Copy Seal Work: edit PDF documents from anywhere

The best PDF editing tool is vital to streamline your workflow.

In case you hadn't used PDF for your business documents before, you can switch anytime — it's simple to convert any file format into PDF. It makes creating and using most document types simple. You can also make just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. The Portable Document Format is perfect for comprehensive presentations and reports.

Many solutions allow you to modify PDFs, but there are only a few that cover all common use cases at a reasonable price.

Use pdfFiller to edit documents, annotate and convert them into many other formats; fill them out and add a signature, or send out to other people. All you need is in just one browser window. You don’t have to download or install any applications. It’s a complete solution you can use from any device with an internet connection.

Make a document yourself or upload a form using the following methods:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Upload a document from a cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
03
Browse the Legal library.
04
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the hyperlink to your file.
05
Search for the form you need in our template library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a form’s page order. Add images to your PDF and edit its layout. Collaborate with others to complete the document and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Excellent tool, but the only negative about this is. You should have highlighted that this is not free at the very beginning of the process. initially it says free trial, but when i complete the form & try to save or print or do anything can be done only post enrollment & paying. this is not fair & is misleading. Try to change this alone pls

Love it I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues. Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking. The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Copying and Pasting a Stamp You can copy a stamp from one document and paste it into another document. To copy a stamp, choose Edit→Copy Stamp. This menu item is available if you've added a stamp to the current document. To paste a stamp, choose Edit→Paste Stamp.
A photocopy or fax may be notarized, but only if it bears an original signature. That is, the copy must have been signed with pen and ink. A photocopied or faxed signature may never be notarized. When carbon copies are made, the Notary will sometimes be asked to conform rather than to notarize the copies.
As with all notarial acts involving a document, you must complete a notarial certificate for copy attestation. Very few if any documents presented for copy attestation will come with the proper notarial certificate you will need to create one. You cannot just write “true copy” on the photocopy and put your seal on it.
A certified copy is a copy (often a photocopy) of a primary document that has on it an endorsement or certificate that it is a true copy of the primary document. A notarized copy is signed by a notary public (not to be confused with a notary in a civil law country).
Unfortunately, this is something that notaries in many other country's can do (where the notary compares a copy of a document with its original and writes a statement and certifies it is a true copy.), so it causes a lot of frustration and confusion. NY notaries cannot notarize just the copy either.
You cannot make a duplicate copy of your birth certificate and have a notary public notarize that copy. Only a representative of the custodian of birth records is legally able to authenticate a copy of a birth certificate. In most states, this is the Division or Department of Vital Statistics.
Certified True Copy Stamp. A copy of a document or record signed and certified as a true copy by the public official who has custody of the original record. Example: Your local county clerk's office of courts or state department of vital statistics.
Writing 'Certified to be a true copy of the original seen by me' on the document. Signing and dating it. Printing their name under the signature. Adding their occupation, address and telephone number.
