I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Letter of Undertaking. A letter of undertaking is an assurance by one party to another party that they will fulfill the obligation that had been previously agreed on, but not written into a contract. This is used because the bank does not have an explicit contract with the seller.
Contracts are signed by both parties and often contain disclaimers and a lot of legal jargon. While the letter of undertaking isn't a contract, it is a formal agreement with legally binding ramifications in court. A letter states the intention of the sender with details about how a project will be done.
Address the letter to the recipient under the date. Leave a space between the date and the recipient's address. Write out the recipient's name and address in full. Leave one more space and then write a salutation. The most common salutation is “Dear" followed by the recipient's full name.
Letter of Undertaking or Lou is a guarantee given by one bank to another bank to repay a loan on behalf of a client. It is generally used when a person imports something from a person in another country.
An undertaking is a legally binding promise to the court to do something, or not to do something (depending on the circumstances). The court may sometimes request or a party may volunteer to give an undertaking as an alternative to a non molestation or occupation order.
