I really like the program; however, when I save I get logged out. I have not been successful at using any form except the Offer to Purchase. I need addendums.

PDF Filler Review From forms, to contracts and or agreements I constantly have to fill out documents and then sign them. Your software facilitates these for me in addition to protecting them in a pdf format. I enjoy using your software portal and it solves 99% of my problems. The only issue that comes up from time to time is that when certain large vendors send me a form to fill out and I return it to them they do not recognize it. They want me to use Adobe instead, which I do not care for. I wish there was a way to save the finished document as if it were compatible with Adobe.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A rent-to-own home is a house you can buy through a rent-to-own agreement. As part of the contract, the seller agrees to hold a designated amount of money of each rent payment to go toward the buyer's equity in the home when they purchase it.
Rent-to-own can be worth looking into for would-be buyers who simply can't wrangle a mortgage the traditional way. Typically, that's because you either lack enough cash for a down payment or your credit score isn't strong enough to be approved for a mortgage (or both).
Generally, the tenant will pay a fee, called option money, that will keep open the option of buying. Tenants who rent-to-own are often individuals who would have trouble buying a house through the traditional route because of poor credit, low income, or lack of a down payment.
Hire an attorney. Therefore, you should always have an attorney either help you through the entire contract process or to review the completed contract. Real estate attorneys will be the most knowledgeable on the subject of rent-to-own contracts, so you should look for that specialty when conducting your search.
If, at any time during the rent-to-own agreement, another buyer comes along with a higher offer, the landlord cannot back out of the agreement with their existing tenant. A landlord is locked into the contract with the property's occupant until the contract has expired.
You should get your deposit back unless there's a problem. Get it in writing if you can. Get them to fix what's wrong. Take pictures of the problem, and write a letter. Yes, they have the keys, but they should still call first. First, talk to your landlord. They should let you know. Ask for things in writing.
The landlord may not make any similar implication or statement. A landlord cannot provide different services or facilities to tenants in a protected class or require a larger deposit, or treat late rental payments differently. A landlord cannot end a tenancy for a discriminatory reason. A landlord cannot harass you.
Try to resolve the issue. If your tenant or your landlord has wronged you, your first course of action should be to try to resolve the issue before going to court. Look up your state laws. Find out Your state's limits. Determine whether you can use a lawyer. Understand the terms. Watch the clock. File your complaint. Wait.
When a serious conflict arises between an apartment resident and the landlord or management company, a lawsuit may be the only way to enforce a tenant's rights. Successfully suing an apartment complex requires knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and proof of a violation.
Yes, a landlord has the right to show potential tenants around the property. But they still need to give the tenant at least 24 hours' notice. It also doesn't matter whether the viewings are for potential buyers if the landlord is selling up or for new tenants to replace the current ones.
Your landlord has the right to show the house while you're still living in it, but the laws in many states give landlords the right to enter a rental property only during normal business hours, unless there is an emergency.
A tenant cannot “unreasonably" refuse to allow a landlord to enter after proper notice has been given — but they can lawfully "reasonably" deny entry.
Many landlords have heard rumors that they can't give tenants a bad reference. This is not true, and if there are definite, verifiable facts that pertain to a particular tenant, you have a responsibility to let other prospective landlords know.
A landlord cannot refuse to rent to persons in a protected class. A landlord cannot provide different services or facilities to tenants in a protected class or require a larger deposit, or treat late rental payments differently. A landlord cannot end a tenancy for a discriminatory reason. A landlord cannot harass you.
Tenants should always sign a lease first. The landlord then signs the lease to finalize the document and make it legal.
