How to Create Multiple Team on the iOS App
Using the SignNow application for iOS, one can create teams right from their mobile device.
Go to the right-hand menu and click on the Teams option.
Click on the plus in the top right corner.
Add the team name in the corresponding fields and enumerate the e-mail addresses of all team members. When all changes are made, click on the checkmark in the upper right corner.
Next, the created team will appear on the list.
Further on, you can customize team settings. To allow the sharing of documents in the team, select Enable Team Documents. This option is to make the documents accessible for every user.
Click on the plus sign in the bottom right corner to add more members to the existing team.
To share documents with all team members, go to the documents list and click on the needed document. Next, select the Move option and choose the needed destination.
As a result, the document will be available in the team folder.
