I appreciated the ease and speed, just a few little glitches here and there when entering data and printing. Dealing with IRS docs, so need to do it correctly and quickly. Thanks!

Are You a Small Quantity Generator (SG)? If you generate less than 2200 pounds (1000 kilograms) but more than 220 pounds (100 kilograms) of hazardous waste per calendar month, you are considered a small quantity generator (SG) for that month.
Although it is recommended that small quantity generators (SG) also prepare a written contingency plan, it is not necessary under federal law. Yet some level of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) training for small quantity generators (SG) and their first-line personnel is advisable.
EXEMPT SMALL QUANTITY GENERATORS. If you generate no more than 220 lbs (100 kg) of hazardous waste per month, you are a Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator (CES QG).
Very Small Quantity Generator (VSG) Program The Program is designed to provide an inexpensive hazardous waste disposal option to these companies, non-profits, and other entities instead of contracting with a commercial hazardous waste management firm.
A large quantity generator (LEG) can accumulate hazardous waste on site for up to 90 days in specified units without obtaining a storage permit or interim status, provided the facility complies with Part 265 management standards for specific units (§262.34(a)).
Small Quantity Generators (Sags) generate more than 100 kilograms, but less than 1,000 kilograms of hazardous waste per month. Major requirements for Sags include: Sags may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for 180 days without a permit (or 270 days if shipping a distance greater than 200 miles).
If you generate 2,200 pounds (1000 kilograms) or more of hazardous waste or more than 2.2 pounds (1 kilogram) of acute hazardous waste per calendar month, you are considered a large quantity generator (LEG) for that month. Some states refer to this status as full quantity generator.
