I use it for filling out work related forms. The forms look much better when filled out online rather than writing in all of the data. I'm able to save a copy online or on my computer, rather than filing a hard copy. It's very convenient and the forms look good too.

From your online Square Dashboard, click Account & Settings > Locations. Select or create a location > enter business details. Click Save.

While you can definitely book your clients for overlapping appointments from your Square Appointments Calendar, this ability doesn't currently extend to the booking tool.
To block time on your calendar from the Appointments dashboard: Head to your Calendar in your Appointments dashboard. Click anywhere on your daily calendar or click and drag your cursor to select a block of time. Click Personal Event at the top of the screen.
