Sometimes it is hard to figure out the forms. I thought once I type in one form, that the information would replicate into the forms below, but that didn't happen.

An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

For example, say Please, find the attached file you requested yesterday. When you don't want to specify any particular file, avoid using the. You can simply write, Please, find attached. Or its abbreviated form: PFA. Attached is the correct word for electronic communications.
Please find attached is wordy jargon at its worst. It's also a bit redundant to say that something is attached and then direct the recipient to please find it. Another oddity with attached please find is that it's a command when it doesn't need to be.
No one's perfect. Word, it in a way which isn't accusational and you'll be fine. Don't say “you forgot the attachment" but just let them know. Also, don't reply all if others were copied, just back to the sender.

Attach the file with no explanation. Here is I've attached This [document name] has I'm sharing [document name] with you. You'll find the attachment below. Let me know if you have any questions about the attachment.
