I mainly use it to edit papers for my teaching position; it's been very useful to not alter the original format while adding my view point freely on the document.

It's very good and I recommend it to others. I know I am not getting the full benefit, and should attend a webinar but feel too busy unless it could be archived and watched at my convenience.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A lease can be written or verbal, but a verbal lease can be very difficult to enforce. If you decide to write your own lease make sure you include a clause that states if any condition is not legal, that the rest of the lease is still in effect.
A rental agreement is a legal document that creates a short-term agreement between an owner and a renter. However, you do have the right to create a rental agreement on your own or in consultation with an attorney.
A landlord can start with a standard lease and modify it to meet any special needs. If you decide to write your own lease make sure you include a clause that states if any condition is not legal, that the rest of the lease is still in effect.
Familiarize yourself with your state's laws. Property management and real estate laws differ depending on what state -- and even city -- you live in. Write an explicit and easy-to-understand contract. Include all the stipulations that you require. Include details regarding the deposit. Consult with an attorney.
The Lease Must be in Writing It does not matter if the lease is handwritten or typed. If the lease is for more than one year, it must be in written form and contain the following terms.
Although the cost of preparing a lease agreement depends on the complexity of the agreement, it typically costs between $400 and $3000 for an attorney to prepare a lease, according to Solo. Some attorneys and legal-aid organizations offer reduced rates if the client is indigent.
You should hire an attorney to draft a lease agreement for you. The ones you find online or in stores usually don't have the strongest language with the right kind of clauses to protect the landlord.
Many landlords include an “attorneys' fees” clause in their lease or rental agreement to prevent frivolous lawsuits. If your lease or rental agreement includes this clause, you might be entitled to get reimbursed for your reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs if you win a lawsuit against your landlord.
