- Document load speeds need to be increased - Cannot send multiple documents for signature in one shot - Add audio feature to attach custom audio messages to documents - Integration with Google docs for collaboration - The listing feature with check boxes is old-fashioned. Use icons based on file type.

What do you like best?
I can send as many documents out for signature as I want. No restrictions. I used to use Adobe, but they had a cap on the amount of documents you can send for signature. When I tried to get that upgraded, they had outlandish prices for this same service. With PDFfiller, I can send all the documents I want and I'm also able to save all of them securely.
What do you dislike?
I wish the PDF conversions didn't come out like pictures. When I convert a PDF to Word, it always comes into Word as a picture instead of being able to edit the document. As a recruiter, I receive a lot of resumes that need some work before we can submit them to clients. I still have to use Adobe for this function, so now I'm paying for two PDF programs. I can't just stay with Adobe though because of the above mentioned issues.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Remote onboarding is a breeze with PDFfiller. I am able to send HR documents to people across the country and still get them to work on time. I'm in VA and have to get employees to work in all states across the country, as well as oversees. We have to get documents to them for signature and faxing doesn't always work. With PDFfiller, we can send anyone any document and get it back fully signed by them. It's truly wonderful.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You cannot sue your employer, but the agency can investigate, encourage you and your employer to settle, and even sue your employer on your behalf (although these lawsuits are exceedingly rare). It is legal for your employer to rescind a job offer if you refuse to sign an arbitration agreement.
Arbitration is a viewable right. This means that both parties can waive their right to arbitrate. An employee can waive his right to arbitrate merely by filing suit in court. If the employer does not ask the court to stop the suit and send the case to arbitration, the employer may waive its right to arbitrate too.
Many employers ask employees to sign arbitration agreements, in which they give up their right to sue in court over job-related issues such as wrongful termination, breach of contract, and discrimination. But if your rights are later violated at work, that arbitration agreement might come back to haunt you.

Don't deal with any dealerships that require a mandatory binding arbitration agreement. If the seller does require an agreement, tell the seller you won't buy from them and why. If a seller requires that you sign a mandatory binding arbitration agreement, refuse to sign it. Stick with your decision.
If your employer asks you to sign an arbitration agreement, you can refuse, but that may put your job in jeopardy. Usually, an employer can rescind an employment offer if a prospective employee refuses to sign the arbitration agreement. And an employer can fire an at-will employee who refuses to sign one.
When you sign a binding arbitration agreement, you are giving up your right to go to court. If you have claims against your employer that are covered by the agreement, you must take them to arbitration instead. It is legal for your employer to rescind a job offer if you refuse to sign an arbitration agreement.
Answer: You don't have to sign the agreement, but the consequences of refusing to sign could be severe. Many employers ask new hires to sign an arbitration agreement: a contract in which the employee agrees to bring any legal disputes with the employer to arbitration, rather than to court.
In forced arbitration, a company requires a consumer or employee to submit any dispute that may arise to binding arbitration as a condition of employment or buying a product or service. The employee or consumer is required to waive their right to sue, to participate in a class action lawsuit, or to appeal.
Smaller Damages Awarded In mandatory arbitration, the employee payout is on average 16% of the damages awarded in federal court. When compared to state court results, employees are awarded just 7% of what the court would grant on average. With lower potential damages awarded, you stand to lose even before your hearing.
You Must Have the Intention to Agree to Arbitration. An Employer Cannot Force You Into An Agreement to Arbitrate By Fraud or Duress. Unconscionable Arbitration Agreements Will Not Be Enforced. Failure to Provide a Valid Jury Waiver.
Under California law, as well as the law of every other state, an employer can refuse to hire you (or can terminate you) if you refuse to agree to arbitrate all of your employment disputes. However, not a single court in California has held that it is improper to require an individual to sign an arbitration agreement.
What Should Be Contained in an Arbitration Clause? Contract arbitration clauses usually contain language such as “The parties to this contract hereby agree to resolve legal disputes through arbitration methods rather than civil lawsuits”. The clause may be tailored exactly to how the parties need it to be.

In the consumer arena, the CFPB's 2015 study showed that mandatory arbitration clauses are common, being included in a majority of credit card, prepaid card, student loan, and payday loan agreements (CFPB 2015).
