Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

The Digi-sign Docx feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add digital signatures to your Docx documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Upload your Docx document to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button on the pdfFiller homepage and selecting your document from your computer.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'Digi-sign' tab at the top of the page.

In the Digi-sign tab, you will see a toolbar with various options. Click on the 'Signature' option to add a digital signature to your document.

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to create a new signature or choose an existing one. If you want to create a new signature, click on the 'Create Signature' button and follow the instructions to draw or upload your signature. If you want to use an existing signature, click on the 'Choose Signature' button and select the signature from your saved signatures.

Once you have selected or created your signature, you can drag and drop it onto the document where you want it to appear. You can also resize and reposition the signature as needed.
