I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Typically, landlords do not pursue an eviction after one missed rent payment, especially if the tenant pays you, and continues paying rent on time. However, if late rent is a common issue, or your tenant isn't paying you at all, then you may want to evict your tenant.

No, that is not correct. The landlord can sue you for even less than one month's rent, but for various reasons, it's not a good idea to do so. And if you make a pattern of paying your rent late, the landlord can sue to evict you even at a time when you actually don't owe any rent.
If you accept the full or even partial late rent payment, your eviction process must be dismissed by the courts. If you want to evict again, you must start over from the beginning, which is serving a new pay or quit notice. Many landlords choose not to accept any payment once the papers have been filed in court.
The Rent, the Whole Rent Your tenant violates his lease or rental agreement if he does not pay the full amount of rent due by the due date. If he pays only part of the rent, you may commence eviction proceedings in respect of the non-payment. You may also charge a late fee if your lease or rental agreement allows it.
There are some situations where a landlord can legally refuse to take your payment, other than partial payment. If you have already been served an eviction notice after not curing a contract deficiency as notified, the landlord will not accept further rent payments from you, except for rental arrears.
A legitimate reason for a late rent payment, such as recent illness or injury, may help your situation if you talk with the landlord, but poor excuses such as holidays, spending too much money, or having other bills to pay are not likely to create any sympathy.
