I needed to edit a pdf file that was very long with only few corrections so this program was great. It was so easy to use...I especailly like the erase too and then the size too to make the correction look good. nothing.. I liked the entire program. I thought the cost was a little high as I only needed the program for a few weeks and wont be needing it again. So a lower fee for a weekly or monthly use would be good and you may get more users that way too

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A partnership agreement must contain the name and address of each partner and his contribution to the business. Contributions may consist of cash, property and services. The agreement must detail how the partners intend to allocate the company's profits and losses.
The purpose of partnership agreement (or partnership contract) is to establish a business enterprise through a legally binding contract between two or more individuals or other legal entities. This partnership agreement designates the rights and responsibilities of each partner or entity involved.
If there is no written partnership agreement, partners are not allowed to draw a salary. Instead, they share the profits and losses in the business equally. The agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and duties each partner has to the company and to each other.
The purpose of a partnership agreement is to protect the owner's investment in the company, govern how the company will be managed, clearly define the rights and obligations of the partners, and determine the rules of engagement should a disagreement arise among the parties.
If your business is a limited liability company or general partnership, your partner can't sell the company without your consent. He may, however, sell his interest in the company if you don't have a buy-sell agreement.
A general partnership has no separate legal existence distinct from the partners. Unlike a private limited company or limited liability partnership, it does not need to be registered at or make regular filings to Companies House, which can help keep things simple.
File a fictitious business name statement with the county clerk. Draft and sign a partnership agreement. Obtain licenses, permits, and zoning clearances. Obtain an Employer Identification Number.
Make Sure the Contract You're Signing Is the Contract You Agreed to Sign. Date the Contract. Make Sure Both Parties Sign the Contract. Make Sure Any Last Minute Changes to the Contract Are Initialed. The Parties Must Sign the Contract in Their Correct Capacity. Make Sure the Other Party Has Authority to Sign the Contract.
Signing a contract means you're agreeing to the terms within, including, of course, what end of the bargain you're holding up. Verbal contracts can, in some cases, be legally binding, though if you want to protect yourself, it's obviously a great idea to put it in writing.
Put your initials in the bottom right corner of the document to indicate that you are in agreement with the contents of each page and that you made and approved the changes on certain pages. Look at the last page of the document, which is the signature page. Determine whether you need someone to witness your signature.
The first step in signing on behalf of a company is making sure to clearly state that your signature is representative of the business. You will sign your name and indicate that the signature represents the business, not your personal capacity to sign.
An LLC or corporation cannot sign a document. A human must sign. However, the law allows a person to sign on behalf of an LLC simply by identifying the person's position in the LLC and a short statement explaining what capacity they are signing in. Return to Piercing the LLC's Corporate Veil page.
A corporation can sign contracts distinctive of its owners, corporate officers and board of directors. Usually, an officer of the corporation and others authorized to sign contracts can legally sign documents on behalf of the corporation.
