I wish to gain more experience before making a committment, but, thus far, I am finding the product useful. Since writing the above, I have used the PDFfiller to complete a batch of same-format, but different forms, and found it convenient to be able to use the one basic form for each of my projects.

PDFiller I love being able to use PDFfiller. It sure makes completing forms much easier and quicker than printing them and writing forms out. Some forms are not able to be saved after filling them in. They save blank. I have to download the form and then save it to a file.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What it means is your employer sees problems with your performance at work and is giving you an opportunity to improve. The only “sure thing" is that if you refuse to sign it, you will be fired. If you sign the PIP and actually improve at work, you should stay employed. That is entirely up to you, though.
The short answer to that question is yes, you should sign your PIP. To make sure that management cannot use these characterizations against you later, write below your signature something like I sign only to acknowledge receipt of this document.
Performance improvement plans sometimes get a bad rap as a signifier of looming termination. But they don't always mean that you're about to be fired. Instead, they're meant to let you know that the issues and goals detailed in the PIP are serious.
The PIP itself is not considered a disciplinary step, but rather an opportunity for an employee and their supervisor to work together to address significant concerns regarding an employee's performance.
Although a Pip is often presented as a tool to assist you in your performance, you should be under no illusions about its secondary purpose. If you don't improve, it will give your employer evidence that they have followed correct procedure, otherwise they may be at risk of a claim for unfair dismissal.
You Should Sign the PIP The short answer to that question is yes, you should sign your PIP. To make sure that management cannot use these characterizations against you later, write below your signature something like I sign only to acknowledge receipt of this document.
A PIP is often the start of paperwork that will eventually result in employment termination. This is because, despite your best efforts, an employee may not take responsibility for his actions and improve as required to succeed in the job.
Don't Throw A Pity Party. Getting put on a PIP can be a real blow to the ego, so allow yourself to have a very short pity party but then pull yourself together. Understand the PIP Inside and Out. Develop A Strategy. Communicate With Your Manager. Never, Ever Make Excuses. Be Honest With Yourself.
Specific and measurable objectives that are achievable, relevant and time-bound (otherwise known as SMART goals). Pips usually last 30, 60 or 90 days, depending on how long it would reasonably take to improve the specific issue.
If you want to survive a performance improvement plan, you must first understand it. Make sure that the plan is extremely specific, that it provides the metrics by which you will be judged and the timeline in which you have to prove yourself. Don't sign off on it until you are sure you understand the rules.
Theoretically, PIP gives the employee an opportunity to improve his/her performance and stay at the company. Most employees say that they've rarely seen or heard of anyone surviving a PIP almost everyone who was put on a PIP ends up being terminated or voluntarily resigning while on PIP or shortly after it concludes.
