It is great to be able to find government forms I need for my business and able to complete them in such a short time! Going through other services, this proves to be costly (especially at tax time) and the yearly fee I pay is minimal and well worth it!

When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. This allowed me to meet my deadline and send each completed form with password protection so the client knew I took his privacy seriously. Thank you, PDF Filler, for providing this great platform!

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A marriage license is a legal document obtained by a couple prior to a marriage. Once the license is signed (during or after your ceremony) and returned by an officiant to the county, a marriage certificate is issued. A marriage license is what you get first, and it's basically an application to be married.
In most cases, you are still considered married without registering the license. For example, California law requires the officiant to return the marriage license to the county clerk or recorder within 10 days of the ceremony. If, for some reason, this does not happen, you are still married.
In fact, a marriage doesn't technically become legal (in most states) until the following occurs: The marriage license must be signed by the couple, one or more witnesses, and the officiant conducting the ceremony. The officiant must take the signed marriage license to the appropriate court office to have it filed.
If you're keeping your maiden name, use the signature you've been using for years. Basically, your marriage certificate will state both your maiden name and your eventual married name, though if you elect to change your surname, your new name isn't legally effective until after your wedding ceremony.
After you've gone to the Social Security office, wait at least 24 hours before going to the DMV. You do not need to have your new Social Security card in hand to update your driver's license, but the 24-hour window will allow enough time for the system to update with your new name.
As a woman, your surname doesn't automatically change to your partner's when you get married. If you do nothing, then after marriage, your name will stay the same.
A marriage ceremony in a local registry office will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
The processional begins with bridesmaids and groomsmen walking down the aisle, typically paired up. The maid of honor and best man walk down after all other bridesmaids and groomsmen have made their way down the aisle. The ring bearer will then carry the rings to the altar, followed by the flower girl.
