Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.

To ask guests to RSVP on invitations, clearly state on the invitation please reply, or please send your RSVP response. You can also give your invitees a reason why their response is important, like saying To ensure there is enough food and drink, please send a response to this invitation or So we can be prepared
If you're asking your guests to RSVP online, you don't need to include an RSVP card, but a website may look out of place at the bottom of your formal wedding invites. Include a small card with the RSVP information on it instead.
Time it right. Give them one week after your wedding invitation response date before you contact them. Call, don't email. Respond well. Give them a set deadline to get back to you. Don't overdo it with apologies. Check in personally.
Assuming you've sent your invitations out in time (at least six to eight weeks before your wedding), then give your guests four or five weeks to RSVP. This is plenty of time for people to figure out if they want/are able to attend your wedding, as well as figure out any necessary travel arrangements.
RSVP on time. As with all RSVPs, do the couple the courtesy of responding by the provided deadline. Respond to the email provided. Write a gracious note, regardless of accepting or declining.
Include full names. Write legibly. Don't include the names of uninvited guests. If filling out entrée options, write down the initials of each guest next to the option they want. Send out the RSVP card ASAP.
If you need to accept an invitation you already declined, tell the person. For example, email them under the subject heading Changing my RSVP and write I would love to attend your event, if you still have the availability to host more guests. RSVP changes should be done as soon as you can.
Hi [Name], Thank you for your invitation to [event] on [date]. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the event. I appreciate your invitation and hope to have the opportunity to attend next year.
Include the RSVP card Place the reply envelope face-down on top of the enclosure cards. Insert the reply card under the reply envelope flap, face-up so that the printed side is visible. If the invitation is a folded-style invitation, all enclosures are placed within the folded invitation rather than on top.
A Formal Affair If the reply card simply says, R.s.v.p. or The favor of a reply is requested by you will write a note that includes your full name, the first names of other family members attending the wedding and a few lines of well-wishes.
Keep track of replies. If you create your own, include columns for the guest's name, guest card number (see “Number the cards" below), number of guests, will attend, declined, and any entrée preference or song requests, if relevant. You can also use one of the many online RSVP spreadsheets to keep track.
