Things have been good. The only thing I wish it had from the main screen was the ability to save the document as a different version from the forms page.

easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...

be in writing. make clear on its face that it is intended to be a deed by the person making it or the parties to it. be validly executed as a deed by the person making it or one or more of the parties to it (section 1 of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989)
A legal instrument (document), almost always in writing, that passes an interest in real estate from one person to another person. In short, when real estate is sold or given to someone, it is done with a deed. It must state on its face it is a deed, using words like “This Deed" or "executed as a deed."
The underlying theory is that a deed is intended to create a 'solemn promise' by one party to another, whereas a contract is more in the nature of a bargain between two parties. (Having said that, a deed is often used by businesses to exchange something of value in the same way as a contract).
Yes you can use electronic signatures. When executing a deed, for the electronic signature to be valid, you must ensure that the witness is physically present when the signatory is signing.
Generally, the person you choose to witness a document should have no financial or other interest in an agreement. A neutral third party is someone not related to either party and who does not benefit from the document. A witness does not have to read the document, but they must be present when it is signed.
A party to a deed cannot be a witness to another signature to that deed. Legislation does not prohibit a signatory's spouse, cohabited or civil partner from acting as a witness, and it is also generally acceptable for an employee of a party to witness that party's signature.
A signatory is someone who signs a document and is subject to it. The co-signer for a loan is one type of signatory. A signatory is someone who signs a contract, therefore creating a legal obligation.

When executing a deed, you must sign in front of an independent adult person who also then executes as your witness. An independent person can be anyone independent of the deed, unlike some other documents which require authorized witnesses such as lawyers or justices of the peace.
A notary public seal and signature is accepted as a legal witness to almost any document in the United States. If you are able to choose between the two methods of witnessing a legal document, it is always best to go with the notary.
SMSF Updates Revenue NSW does not allow agent to duty stamp bare trust deed, therefore you need to drop the required documents to one of the Revenue NSW offices or post them using registered mail or express post.
