Overall easy to use, however, there are instances where the edits on the pdf become warped, other times its difficult to remove words or characters. There should be a save option versus a Save As, as that navigates you to another screen. Or have an auto save option. Overall good program but still has small defects.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you are writing a personal recommendation letter, include a salutation (Dear Dr. Williams, Dear Ms. Miller, etc.). If you are writing a general letter, say “To Whom it May Concern" or simply don't include a salutation.
Don't ask someone to lie; you should aim for a truthful reference. Don't ever forge signatures. Your recommendation letter must be genuine. Don't be surprised if the person you are asking for a recommendation letter asks you to write a letter that they will later modify and sign.
Colleges often ask for two or three recommendation letters from people who know you well. These letters should be written by someone who can describe your skills, accomplishments and personality. Colleges value recommendations because they: Reveal things about you that grades and test scores can't.
Think carefully before saying yes. Follow a business letter format. Focus on the job description. Explain how you know the person, and for how long. Focus on one or two traits. Remain positive. Share your contact information. Follow the submission guidelines.
When we talk about the signature in an electronic letter of recommendation, I should say that it is not always mandatory. But in case you are an authorized person, you should include a signature to your piece of writing.
When we talk about the signature in an electronic letter of recommendation, I should say that it is not always mandatory. But in case you are an authorized person, you should include a signature to your piece of writing.
Every recommendation letter should include three key components: A paragraph or sentence that explains how you know this person and the duration of your relationship with them. An evaluation of the person and their skills/accomplishments.
Your recommender should be someone who can write at least one full page about you. Make sure you have a good relationship with your recommender. The recommendation should be a positive description of your character. Obviously, you wouldn't want to pick someone who doesn't like you to write your letter.
End the recommendation letter with a couple sentences at most. They should clearly summarize the information that was provided in the assessment part of the letter. Begin the final one or two sentences by saying “in summary," "in closing," or "accordingly.” Follow this by a comma and close as concisely as possible.
If you are writing a personal recommendation letter, include a salutation (Dear Dr. Williams, Dear Ms. Miller, etc.). If you are writing a general letter, say “To Whom it May Concern" or simply don't include a salutation.
All the recommendations should be submitted or postmarked by the deadline date. However, some schools may be more lenient with school officials. You should contact the school to see if they accept recommendations later than the stated deadline.

The short answer is yes, recommendations are important, and are among the many factors that colleges look at when making admissions decisions.
There's one caveat to your FERPA-given right of access: you can only access your recommendation letters after you've gotten your admission letter of acceptance and chosen to enroll in a college. It really doesn't have anything to do with getting to read your letters before your recommenders send them.
Your Letter Should Speak to Personal Qualities, as well as Academic Ability. Whether your recommendation letter comes from a teacher, school counselor, or peer, it should speak to your personal qualities as well as your academic achievements. Admissions committees want to know more about you.
