I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. A representative contacted me right away and refunded my money before I could even ask. For that, I am truly appreciative and wish more companies would follow their example.

I find it very helpful, but sometimes I can't find the form I have completed and I have to start over when I need to make changes. Or it wont allow me to make changes.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open Exchange Management Console. Expand Microsoft Exchange On-Premises. Click on Server Configuration (Figure 01) and when you click on a server on the right-hand side, the Exchange Certificates tab will show up in the frame below.
Use the Get-ExchangeCertificate cadet to view Exchange certificates that are installed on Exchange servers. This cadet returns Exchange self-signed certificates, certificates that were issued by a certification authority and pending certificate requests (also known as certificate signing requests or Cars).
The cert is usually located in the Personal > Certificates folder. But please do not make changes via this, always use the Exchange Management Shell, you will cause more headache than you want otherwise. If you can't find the cert, then it hasn't been installed properly.
Use the EAC to renew an Exchange self-signed certificate Select the certificate that you want to renew, and then click Renew in the details' pane. On the Renew Exchange certificate page that opens, verify the read-only list of Exchange services that the existing certificate is assigned to, and then click OK.
Check SSL certificate expiration date. In the XIA Configuration Server, open the Windows Machine item. Navigate to Security > Machine Certificates and select a certificate to check the expiry date.
What happens when my certificate expires? If you allow a certificate to expire, the certificate becomes invalid, and you will no longer be able to run secure transactions on your website. The Certification Authority (CA) will prompt you to renew your SSL certificate prior to the expiration date.
