The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

No you can't delete the transactions in your account on own. The records/data you are mentioning are banks data stored in CBS(Core Banking Solution) servers, which are to be reliable data for the bank and customers, so it is highly secured.
In the Accounting menu, select Bank accounts. Find the bank account you want to delete the bank statement from. From Showing, select Statements. From the list of statements, click the date of the statement you want to delete. Click Delete Entire Statement, found at the bottom of the list of statement lines.
Due to security reasons, you're unable to delete or remove any transactions. Once a transaction has been made, it'll automatically be added to your transaction history. You can choose to open another bank account solely in your name that's hidden from your Setback account to maintain your privacy.
