Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to Use the E-Sign XPS Feature in pdfFiller

The E-Sign XPS feature in pdfFiller allows you to electronically sign XPS documents with ease. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Upload your XPS document to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button on the homepage and selecting your XPS file from your computer.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'E-Sign' button located at the top of the page.

A toolbar will appear on the right side of the screen. Click on the 'Signature' option.

Choose whether you want to create a new signature or use an existing one. If you choose to create a new signature, you can draw it using your mouse or trackpad, type it out, or upload an image of your signature.

After selecting or creating your signature, click on the area in the document where you want to place it. You can resize and reposition the signature as needed.

Once your signature is in place, click on the 'Apply' button to finalize the signing process.

If you need to add additional signatures or other elements to the document, you can do so using the toolbar on the right side of the screen.

When you're finished editing the document, click on the 'Done' button to save your changes.

It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

What do you like best?
Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.

I don't think I have any dislike...or at least none that I've come across too.

XPS (extruded polystyrene insulation) is manufactured using extrusion: a continuous process which results in a closed-cell structure with a smooth skin on the top and bottom of the board.
To add a signature request to an XPS Document: Load the XPS document into a signature manager, as described in Initialize the Signature Manager. Add a signature block to the signature manager. Create a signature request in the new signature block. Set the properties of the signature request: Set the signature intent.
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), also known as electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA)
Click the 'Signatures' tab and 'add new' to create an electronic signature. Choose from the menu of three different types depending on how you want to create your signature. You can upload a file, line draw or choose a pre-formatted option.
The XPS format is similar to PDF because both file types are designed to show the final appearance of a document and provide information for printing. However, XPS files are written in a different programming language.
You can convert an XPS document to DOCX ( see here and here ) but the DOCX will contain only the same information that was contained in the XPS - which means that there are no margins, no paragraphs, no headers, no footers, and possibly no text.
