good program, found it easy to use. I really like the layouts and how user friendly it was. My only concern was the pricing for me, I only needed to use it for a couple of project a month and I found cheaper yearly memberships elsewhere

Many states require landlords to give tenants a receipt for the rent. Many states give tenants a “renters' tax credit," which they can take when they file their income taxes, and tenants who pay in cash will need that receipt to back up their deduction.
What is a Rent Receipt? A Rent Receipt is a slip that a landlord uses to provide tenants with proof of payment, acknowledging that the tenants have paid their rent. The receipt allows a landlord or property manager to keep record of all rent payments made by the tenants inhabiting any and all rental properties.
When paying rent, you want to make sure the person you're doing business with is trustworthy as well. That's why it's your right as a tenant to request a rent receipt from your landlord to prove you've paid your rent. In some cases, it's mandatory they give you one.
Avoid last minute hassle of arranging rent receipts. Fill the required details. Print the receipt in PDF Format. Get the receipt signed from your landlord. Submit it to your company's HR department.
Include your business name, address and contact information. Include a “Date" section and input the date you receive the rental payment. Input a “Rental Period" section, and input the dates that the rental payment covers. Create a section for “Payment Amount" and "Payment Type." Fill out accordingly.
Name of vendor (person or company you paid) Transaction date (when you paid) Detailed description of goods or services purchased (what you bought) Amount paid. Form of payment (how you paid cash, check, or last four digits of a credit card)
What does a rent receipt look like? A blank rent receipt contains only a few fields. After the date and the tenant's name and address, the rent receipt form includes a short paragraph that states that the landlord has received the sum. It also provides a space to include any outstanding balance.
Your invoices should include all the pertinent property details such as the address or apartment number. It should include the amount of rent the person is supposed to pay as well as the frequency of the rent. You'll want to include the date rent is due.
What is a rent statement? Your statement shows the weekly charges and all the payments made by you. The statement will explain if you have a credit balance or if you owe money (arrears) to RBC. You can review your rent statement on line using the online services option for any period you wish to view.
Introduce yourself properly. Start by introducing yourself and make sure to mention: Good things to mention if you have them. Stable income or a permanent job. Use a customized template. Keep it short. Timing is key. Put yourself in the landlords shoes. Show genuine interest. Be proactive.
Go to Invoices > Overview. Click New Invoice and pick your client. Select Create a blank invoice, then click Next Step. You'll see a blank invoice. You can add a subject line, specify a due date, add taxes, re-order your invoice's line items, and more. Click Save Invoice.
