I had a problem printing a draft of a form. "Blocked plug-in". Had a chat with Paul on the site, and followed his suggestions for a fix. Then was able to print the form. I am a new user and have yet to make changes to the form and print it. Hoping for the best with that. Thanks, Verne

I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Reference any previous meetings or correspondence. Outline the terms discussed and the positions of both parties, making it clear what you agree on and what may need further discussion. If your agreement requires a formal contract, remind the recipient of such.
A memorandum of understanding is a document that describes the broad outlines of an agreement that two or more parties have reached. Mouse communicate the mutually accepted expectations of all the parties involved in a negotiation. While not legally binding, the YOU signals that a binding contract is imminent.
A memorandum of understanding is an agreement between two or more parties outlining the terms and details of an understanding, The primary difference between the two is that a letter of intent is not binding, whereas a memorandum of understanding is considered binding and carries weight in a court of law.
Identify the parties: It should specify the name of the parties between whom memorandum of understanding is being signed. Purpose: It should clearly specify the purpose and the goals for which the memorandum is being signed.
A memorandum of understanding (YOU or MoU) is a formal agreement between two or more parties. Companies and organizations can use Mouse to establish official partnerships. MOUs are not legally binding, but they carry a degree of seriousness and mutual respect, stronger than a gentlemen's agreement.
The main difference between an YOU and an LOI is the number of the signatories. In an YOU, more than two parties may be involved but for an LOI only two parties are involved. An YOU or an LOI is executed for the purpose of declaring that the various parties involved are negotiating a contract.
A party that has signed a letter of intent (LOI) may be legally bound to honor it depending on how the letter is drafted. In a business-to-business transaction, a letter of intent normally contains a provision stating that the letter is non-binding.
To be legally enforceable, the YOU must contain all the essential terms of the agreement. Often, Mouse are not a complete agreement. Parties can leave several essential terms out because they have not decided on them yet. Essential terms are the terms that parties must finalize before a court can enforce the agreement.
Companies often choose to use an YOU instead of a contract because it is a friendlier, bipartisan expression of a working relationship than a formal contract. Mouse are often used in cases where parties either do not want to imply a legal commitment or cannot create a legally enforceable agreement.
Like a letter agreement, an YOU is a simple document signed by both parties, but it is structured more like a standard agreement. It will begin by stating the date, the names of the parties involved, and other identifying information, such as their addresses (or states of incorporation, if the parties are entities).
A memorandum of understanding (YOU or MoU) is an agreement between two or more parties outlined in a formal document. It is not legally binding but signals the willingness of the parties to move forward with a contract.
The agreement is a document in which two or more parties agreed upon to work together for a common objective, whereas the Memorandum of Understanding (You) is a written document which describes the terms of an agreement. Whereas, if the parties do not want any legal binding upon them, they can go for You.
Similar to a contract, a memorandum of understanding is an agreement between two or more parties. Unlike a contract, however, an YOU need not contain legally enforceable promises. While the parties to a contract must intend to create a legally binding agreement, the parties to an YOU may intend otherwise.
