Say yes to PDFfiller. I was able to take a 30+ page PDF file, highlight areas of significance, add sticky notes and/or note boxes where I needed to remember a particular point in the lengthy document filled with legal jargon. Which made things SO much easier for me. Although I have listed a few things that I wish were different, overall the product is a great one. I had one difficult experience with a file, but otherwise everything has been amazing. I would absolutely recommend PDFfiller to anyone needing the tools it offers. I had never used a PDF editor before. Simply due to the fact that I had a hard time finding one that wasn't trying to charge me a bunch of money up front. PDFfiller gave me a free 30-day trial. Which is an instant gold star in my books. Aside from the willingness to let it's potential customers try the product out, the product is surprisingly easy to navigate through, and I was able to download a copy of my final product free with the trial. There are two things that I would change if I could. The first thing that I did not care for is honestly just one of those particulars that I would have like to have the option of. That being that the only highlighting option is yellow. While this is not really a big deal, it would be really nice to have the option to select different highlighting options (pink,green,orange,blue,etc.). As a college student, I handle a LOT of PDF files on a weekly basis. Anything from a single page reference list, to a PDF copy of a book that consists of hundreds of pages. For me, color coding highlighted areas makes research points easier to decipher and organize according to relevance to one another. The one thing that I noticed was a bit of a headache to deal with. I uploaded a file that needed updating. I selected a entry point that needed to be changed, and the font size automatically changed from an 8.5 to a 9. I selected the "text size down" option, and it made it a size 8. There is no option to size it back to an 8.5. This created an abnormal look to the line of text, and one or more words were different in size. I would have to go through and individually adjust everything to the same size. This may be a subtle difference in size, but as a Graduate student, these things matter in the grading process.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Read about the funding organization and tailor the application to their objectives. Mention your motivation for applying for the scholarship. Provide support documents like academic credentials to your application. Describe the course you hope to take.
Scholarship letters of interests are always formal affairs. Take the time to contact the scholarship committee and ask for the exact name of the person to whom you must address the letter -- don't just put “Dear Sir or Madam." Stick to plain 8.5 by 11, 20 or 24 weight letter paper that is white, off-white or cream.
Tips in Writing an Effective Cover Letter for Scholarship Here are a few tips you can follow when writing your letters. Use language that is easy to understand and formal in tone. Explain in detail why you have considered applying for a scholarship. Write all your credentials that showcase you as being an achiever.
When to apply for scholarships Apply for scholarships early and often. Some scholarship deadlines are as early as a year before you start college. You don't need to wait until you've made your final decision about your school to apply. But don't worry if you missed out on some of the earliest scholarship applications.
Be Yourself. You Deserve This Scholarship Because You Have Passion and Persistence. Think About Why You Applied. You Overcome Obstacles.
Apply for local scholarships. Apply for scholarships with smaller awards. More work = fewer applicants = better chances. Get personal. Don't introduce yourself in your essay. Don't repeat the essay prompt. Don't use quotes.
Encourage good grades. Value volunteering. Speak about WHEN, not IF. Make college visits on vacations. Write about experiences. Save awards/honors certificates.
GPA. One regularly assessed criteria is a strong and consistent GPA. Financial Need. Often, scholarship criteria involve financial need. Geographic Boundaries. Geographic boundaries are another popular criteria choice. Current Employees. Demographics. Field of Interest.
Visit the official portal of scholarship.up.nic.in. Hit the Status tab on the website's homepage. Enter the registration number and date of birth correctly. Click on the search button and application status will be displayed on the screen.
the financial aid office at a college or career school. a high school or TRIO counselor. the U.S. Department of Labor's FREE scholarship search tool. federal agencies. your state grant agency. your library's reference section.
Once you have won a scholarship, you are required to report it to the college you plan to attend. The school then reassess the financial aid package. Basically, when a student wins a scholarship, they become less needy, which means they do not need as much financial aid.
Cashing in a Scholarship If a scholarship is paid directly to the school or is a check written to the school, you are not able to cash that check. A bank will not cash a check for you when the check is made out to someone else. You will need to send the money to the school for your education expenses.
In most cases, college scholarships are free money that may be used for tuition, fees, and books. But a scholarship used to pay off student loan debt is taxable income because the money is not used for qualified education expenses. It's still a hefty chunk of change that will reduce your overall student loan debt.
Success is also very important to me. I hope to accomplish many things in my life, but most importantly, I would like to make my family proud so that they know that all of their sacrifices were worth it. Success to me is having a career that I love and allows me to help my family members financially.
Put it in your own words. While starting with a quote is a common technique in speaking and some writing, it may not work best in a scholarship application essay. Avoid clichés and tired phrases. Establish a personal connection. Say something new.
