Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

Digital signature or standard electronic signature is actually a coded, encrypted, legally binding digital footprint. The digital signature is made of unique encoded messages one for each signee that join together to make a complete, legally binding, standard electronically signed document.
Under the DESIGN Act, an electronic signature is defined as an electronic sound, symbol, or process attached to or logically associated with a contract or other record and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the record. In simple terms, electronic signatures are legally recognized as a viable
Digital Signatures. Digital signatures, on the other hand, refers to the encryption / decryption technology on which an electronic signature solution is built. Rather, digital signature encryption secures the data associated with a signed document and helps verify the authenticity of a signed record.
The only difference is that an electronic signature is digitized, but it is also used to verify a document. On the other hand, it can be observed that a digital signature comprises unique features such as fingerprint that are used to secure a particular document.
Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (DESIGN) Act. For an electronic signature to be legally binding under the DESIGN Act, it is recommended that all electronic signature workflows include: Intent to sign. Similar to ink signatures, a signer must show clear intent to sign an agreement electronically.
The ESIGN Act is a federal law passed in 2000. It grants legal recognition to electronic signatures and records if all parties to a contract choose to use electronic documents and to sign them electronically. No contract, signature, or record shall be denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form.
It must be placed between forward slashes; The person signing must insert his or her own signature; and. The name of the person signing must be printed or typed immediately adjacent to the S-signature, and be reasonably specific, so the identity of the signer can be readily recognized.

An e-Disclosure is an agreement which is provided to the signer (consumer) by the requester (business) stating they agree to have their documents transmitted and receive electronically. It also includes the signer's rights regarding if they later withdrawal their consent and any consequences of this decision.
