Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

You can make simple changes to a PDF file using the free built-in Preview App that comes free with OS X. Here's how. If you double-click on any PDF file in OS X it will open in an application called Preview. Preview has a hidden Annotations Toolbar' that will allow you to edit the PDF file.
Open the desired PDF document within the application. Highlight the text within the PDF and click Correct Text. Erase the current text and type the desired changes.
Right-click on the locked PDF file. Select Open with Followed by Preview. Type the password and press Enter. The file is opened now. Enter the location to Save the locked PDF file, Uncheck the Encrypt option before saving the PDF document.
Open the editing mode by clicking in the top toolbar. Click on the 'Text' button. Choose the piece of text you want to edit. Edit text in PDF and click on the blank space to preserve your changes.
To sign PDFs, you can capture your signature using your trackpad, the built-in camera on your Mac, or your iPhone or iPad. In the Preview app on your Mac, click the Show Markup Toolbar button (if the Markup toolbar isn't showing), then click the Sign button. When your signature appears in the window, click Done.
