There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

To add a new field, on the Actions toolbar, select New, and enter a Display Name to generate the Name. Or. To edit one or more fields, select the field or fields (using the Shift key) you want to modify and then on the Actions toolbar, select Edit. You can make changes to the following fields:
Access the field's properties page. Click Change Type. (If this link does not appear on the field's properties page, then the field type cannot be changed.) From the Select a field type dropdown, choose the new field type, and then click Change Type.
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
