Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

All you have to do is open your document, click “Tools," then click "Fill & Sign." Click the “Sign" button in the toolbar and you'll be prompted to type, draw or use an image of your signature.
Click the File tab. Click Info. Click Protect Document, Protect Workbook or Protect Presentation. Click Add a Digital Signature. Read the Word, Excel, or PowerPoint message, and then click OK.
Draw your signature using your finger or a stylus. If you have access to a touchscreen, you can use your finger to create an electronic signature directly in your document. Upload an image of your signature. Use your cursor to draw your signature. Use your keyboard to type in your signature.
Select the Sign icon that appears at the top of the window, choose To add Signature and the Draw icon, and write your name in digital ink. Click Apply and drag your signature to the proper place on the form.
Go to Mail, and open up the e-mail with the attached document. Tap the attachment to open it up. Tap the pen icon at the top right of the document. Next, tap the icon in the lower right corner. This will open up a blank page. You will now see your signature displayed over the document.
Place the cursor in your Word document where you want to insert a signature. Click the Insert tab. Select Signature Line. A menu will appear. Fill out the required fields. Select OK.
Open a PDF document you'd like to sign digitally in an app that supports Markup: Tap + at the bottom of the Markup interface. Tap the Signature icon from a popup menu. Sign your name with your finger, Apple Pencil or another stylus.
Tap the camera button or the document button, then look for the photo or PDF that you want to attach and mark up. Tap the attachment, then tap. Tap Markup to add your markup. Tap the plus button to add a signature, text, and more.
