What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

I can edit PDF documents easily What I like most about PDFfiller is the ease of use. I appreciate the program design to edit PDF documents without scanning or printing. It looks great. I don't have anything negative to say. It works as described and I love it. I wish I knew about it sooner.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
When signing a lease that says no pets allowed should never be signed, even if other pets are seen on the property, or if a realtor, manager or landlord says it's OK. The only words that matter are the ones written in the lease.
Eviction for sneaking a pet Most landlords are willing to work with their tenants, even if you do break the lease, but some landlords won't. If you're caught sneaking in a pet, your landlord may have the right to evict you. If you're evicted, your landlord may sue you for the remainder of your lease payment.
A landlord cannot change the pet policy (or any other part of a lease) mid-lease term without the consent of the tenant. A landlord may only change any material term of the tenancy at the conclusion of a lease, or in offering a new tenancy with the termination of a tenancy at will.
Pet removal If your lease has a no-pet clause, and you get a pet, your landlord will have the legal right to ask you to remove the animal from the property. If you want to keep your pet, you'll have to move.

Your state's laws might also dictate how much you charge; however, charging somewhere between $200 and $500 for a one-time pet fee is pretty typical. A pet fee is simply the one-time admission price to have a pet in the rental. It doesn't typically cover any damages the pet might cause.
It's typical for pet rent to range anywhere from $10-$60 per month. Pet security deposits are usually between $100 and $600. For tenants that have service animals because of a disability, they have rights under the Fair Housing Law that prohibit landlords from charging a pet security deposit or rent.
A Pet Addendum allows a landlord to define, document, and change their pet policies in a lease agreement. Whether you're a landlord leasing a property or a prospective tenant with a family pet, a Pet Addendum can help ensure all the details of the pet policy are clear and well documented.
On average, landlords typically charged a $50 pet fee and a $120 cleaning fee.
Yes, the landlord can charge a non-refundable pet fee and the security deposit. The non-refundable pet fee may go towards that expense. Tenants can try to negotiate with the landlord if they do not want to pay the fee, or want to pay a lower amount. For more information, see our Renting with a Pet booklet.
Pet damage rider Check with your insurance company, but most basic renters insurance policies don't cover damage or liability associated with your pet. A pet damage rider can give you extra coverage, but even that coverage might come with limitations related to breed and deductibles.
Pet fees are not legal in every state. For instance, in California, a landlord may only charge a general security deposit and may not charge a pet fee. Additionally, you must determine the cost of your pet fee wisely.
As a landlord, you want to set your pet rent at a reasonable price based on the burden you have taken on with a pet on the property. For tenants that have service animals because of a disability, they have rights under the Fair Housing Law that prohibit landlords from charging a pet security deposit or rent.
Just like a pet fee, pet rent is intended to cover additional wear and tear on the unit. It also accounts for damage on the surrounding property, like hallways, common areas, or additional yard maintenance that a pet-friendly rental property may require.
Since rental laws are not the same in every state, it's a good idea to do some research in your area. For example, in California, it's legal for landlords to have a no-pet policy. If they do, they're allowed to charge a pet deposit and additional rent. Non-refundable pet deposits are illegal in California.
