I am new to this program the search engine next to the description of the for would be great if you could see a picture of the for rather than having to click on it if it is not the one you want then back to the search engine

Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

To give a customer an estimate, add the times for the areas given by the customer, divide those times by 60 to get how long it will take to clean and multiply that number by your hourly rate. For example, 200/60 = 3.33 x $30 = $100. The number you get will be the amount you charge your customer.
Your brand is the perception customers have about your company and the experience customers have when they do business with you. Every cleaning business has a brand, even if they don't know it (and even if they don't have a logo). Your company's brand is what makes you unique and stand out from the competition.
Quote the potential client your hourly rate, give them a ballpark range of hours, track your hours, and bill them for the total. Remember to track your time for discovery, research, client communication, project management, phone calls, meetings, file preparation, design, development, etc. Use a three-pronged approach.
Restate how you can solve their problem and repeat what they ask you for. Clearly tell them how much you want to charge and it's perfectly ok to answer back at an hourly rate or a flat fee. Include specific design examples relevant to their project.
