Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.

Yes you can use electronic signatures. When executing a deed, for the electronic signature to be valid, you must ensure that the witness is physically present when the signatory is signing.
Under the DESIGN Act, an electronic signature is defined as an electronic sound, symbol, or process attached to or logically associated with a contract or other record and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the record. In simple terms, electronic signatures are legally recognized as a viable
Electronic signatures are a valid method of executing deeds under English common law. A witness to an electronically executed document must therefore be in the same room as the signatory when they apply their electronic signature. The witness may electronically attest the deed.
Section 45 states that an individual may execute a document as a deed if: the individual signs the document; the document is expressed to be an “indenture", "deed" or be "sealed"; and. The document is signed and attested to by at least one witness not being a party to the document.
Electronic signatures are a valid method of executing deeds under English common law. The statutory scheme provides that electronic deeds will be accepted for registration at the UK Land Registry if they are the subject of a notice issued by the UK Land Registry under rule 54C of the Land Registration Rules 2003.
To witness a document, a person must record, on the document itself, that they have observed the execution of the document by the signatory. For a deed to be validly witnessed electronically, a witness may electronically sign the attestation clause under the signature clause, using any form of electronic signature.
Usually a witness can be anyone who: is 18 years or older. Knows the person whose signature they are witnessing or has taken reasonable steps to verify their identity. Isn't a party to the document.
Answer: Generally speaking, it is best practice to have a third party witness your signature. Therefore, you should avoid getting your wife or husband to witness your signature. This is especially the case if your wife or husband is party to the agreement you are signing, or if you are signing a deed.
A witness is brought in during the signing of a document to physically observe the parties sign it. Witnesses should be able to confirm the identity of both parties. They then sign the document as a witness to confirm that they saw each party sign.
In that case, a deed can be in electronic form and signed electronically by an individual (including an individual attorney signing for a company). A company cannot validly execute a document electronically under s127 of the Corporations Act 2001 (CTH) (Corporations Act).
