So simple to use I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again.. I find importing a PDF easier than most other similar softwares... changing font sizes and styles is simple and the process is fast even on my slow internet service.. So far I have not had an issue with any of the features..

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Unfortunately, a letter of resignation does not comply with the official legal requirements of a formal termination of contract, meaning it's not legally binding: the law requires that a termination of contract must be written and signed by hand. To make it count, your intention to resign must be handwritten.
When you leave your job, you may need to claim benefits until you find work again. You are likely to be penalized by the loss of benefits for around three months if you left your last job voluntarily, unless you can show that you did so for good reason. This is called a sanction.
You are entitled to receive some benefits by law2. Your employer may opt to provide additional benefits other than those mandated by state or federal law. Ask about severance pay, accrued vacation, overtime and sick pay, pension benefits, and eligibility for unemployment insurance.
Salutation: Address the resignation letter to your manager. Use his or her formal title (“Dear Mr./Mrs./Dr. XYZ"). Paragraph 1: State that you are resigning and include the date on which your resignation will be effective.
Make sure you're committed to quitting. Write out a resignation letter. Practice what you'll say. Be ready for questions. Prepare for a counter offer. Stay positive.
Depending on internal processes, you may deliver your resignation to your direct supervisor, to the head of a department or to someone higher up in the management chain. In a small operation, you may simply address your letter to the company owner.
Open the letter with a formal or informal salutation depending on the nature of your relationship with the addressee. For example, if you are writing to your immediate supervisor, “Dear Jim" is acceptable. Write "Dear Mr. Smith,” if you are writing to a senior manager with whom you have a more formal relationship.
Its common courtesy to give at least one week's notice to your employer if you've been with your company for more than one month but less than two years. Consider giving two weeks' notice even if you've only been with your company for a few months.
When you resign from a job, it's customary to provide a resignation letter two weeks before your final day of work. There are several things to consider before you submit this letter to your employer.
Writing a two weeks notice letter is not that hard, but should be taken seriously. Use your computer and professional looking paper to write your two weeks notice. You should not just scribble down a quick note on a piece of scrap paper and hand it over to your boss.
The short answer is that most of the time, no letter of resignation is necessary. Many people do believe that as an employee you need to formally resign from a job by writing a formal resignation letter to your current employer. However, at most companies, there's no formal requirement that you do so.
When you resign from a position, the normal practice is to give two weeks' notice to your employer. Once you decide to leave without notice, use this resignation letter example to inform your employer that you need to resign immediately, and will not be able to give two weeks' notice.
Even those that require you give a certain amount of notice before you quit your current job (two-week notice is standard) often may not provide any formal requirement that you do so by writing a letter of resignation or explain in detail why you're leaving.
It's a good idea to give two weeks notice in a letter before leaving any job. It's an even better idea to tell your boss before you drop the letter off. A conversation about resignation is always awkward. But your boss will appreciate it, and it can pay off later.
Many companies have a written notice policy in their handbook. It's usually 2 weeks, but could be more. If you don't give two weeks notice, you may lose any vacation pay out or planned bonus that you would otherwise receive. You've guaranteed yourself a bad reference from this boss.
