Here the affidavit of support will mean Form I-864 (one or more, if there are joint sponsors) and Form I-864A (in case of including resources of household member(s). What form does joint sponsor complete?
If the petitioning sponsor does not meet the income requirements, a joint sponsor who can meet the requirements may submit a Form I-864 to sponsor all or some of the family members of the intending immigrant. The original sponsor still needs to fill Form I-864.
