What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.

Customer service is A1! Wow! Customer service is A1!I needed to fill out some forms for an outfit, a one-time thing, and signed up for the trial month.Later in the month I tried to cancel the trial period before my credit card was charged the $20, but I forgot which email account I'd used to sign up, so I was unable to log in to my PDFfiller account.Today, when I received the email saying my credit card was charged the $20, I was able to contact PDFfiller since I now knew which account I'd used. I contacted them via "Contact Support" in their website and explained my situation. OMG! When it said I should receive an email in 20 minutes or less, I was thinking, "Yeah, right!" but it was literally only minutes before I received an email saying they would be glad to cancel the subscription and refund my money. If I ever need this type of service on a more regular basis, I will definitely be signing up with this company!

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Locate the Company. The first step is making sure the company is still in business. Find the CUSIP Number. The secretary of state's office in the state of incorporation must be listed on the stock certificate. Contact the Transfer Agent. Complete the Transfer Form. Place an Order. Keep Old Certificates.
Old stock certificates shouldn't be simply thrown away. They can still have value if they represent an existing or merged company, or if they are valued as collectibles. If the stock has split over the years, the amount listed might not be the amount your certificate is worth.
Subtract the original purchase price of the stock from its current selling price and multiply the result by the number of shares you plan to cash out. For instance, if you bought 100 shares of stock at $30 per share, and it is now selling for $40, your profit would be $10 per share times 100, or $1,000.
The only way to get it right without wasting precious time is by printing to a blank stock certificate form. These are all available from any stock certificate printer (such as Goes Lithograph or Cortex). It's just a matter of choosing how efficient and productive you want to before yourself, and for your clients.
Converting Paper stock certificates can be converted into book-entry accounts. This generally involves delivering the certificates to your broker with a request to add them electronically to your account. You may have to sign the certificates in order to make the conversion.

Some companies no longer issue paper stock certificates. However, when you own shares in a corporation that still provides them, you can be issued paper stocks. There's another way that takes a bit more work, but you'll get your paper stock certificates for a small fee or even free for charge.

Stock shares do not have an expiration date. There are companies listed on the stock exchanges whose shares have traded for over 100 years. This may be the case with an old stock certificate you found in a trunk, but it will not hurt to check it out.
Researching Old Stock Certificates If your lost shares are long-term stock holdings, check to see if the company you remember was acquired or changed its name. If you are missing certificates, contact the issuing company, transfer agent or the stockbrokerage where the shares were bought.

Get the actual stock certificates from your broker. Formally sell the shares to the purchaser, with a check for payment and a bill of sale. Sign over the stock certificate (on its back) to the purchaser. Send the certificate to the stock transfer agent.
