The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Here is the definition of depth from the IPF Rule book: the lifter must bend the knees and lower the body until the top surface of the legs at the hip joint is lower than the top of the knees. In simple terms, this means the lifter must squat down until their hip joint is lower than their knee joint.

Especially when it comes to squat depth. On one side you have the purists. These are the guys who'll tell you that you must squat ass-to-grass. At the opposite end of the spectrum, are the overly cautious types who worry that squatting too low will damage your knees (it won't, by the way).
A powerlifting total is your score which is the addition of your best squat, bench, and deadlift. If a person squats 400, benches 300, and deadlifts 500 their total is 1200 lbs.

Creatine, a legal dietary supplement that is not banned by MLB, NFL, NBA or NCAA, is an amino acid that boosts lean muscle mass and strength.
Deadlift Bars Many federations make use of the Deadlift Bar which the IPF does not allow. Two types of deadlift bars are commonly used: The Texas Deadlift Bar and the One Deadlift Bar (designed by powerlifting legend Rickey Dale Train).
Usually you can use any singlet on local (non-international/non-national) IPF meet. According to this spreadsheet a friend of mine sent me, for local meets, singlets do not have to be from the IPF approved list. Anything below nationals is fine.
On the upper end of the spectrum, Rogue makes terrific belts. I used to own their (unapproved) Ohio Lifting Belt before selling it to a gym buddy. Their 13 mm Powerlifting Belt (single prong) and 13 mm Lever Belt are highly regarded and IPF/US APL approved.
The use of these wraps is common in the sport of powerlifting but not in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, as they can be very restricting for receiving the barbell in the deep bottom of the snatch and clean movements.
I wrap tight above and below the knee, but not around the knee/knee cap. So If I'm doing it with one wrap I'll go tight around below the knee (around the patella). Then a real loose wrap up across the knee cap, but with little to no pressure, and once I get above the knee I'll wrap it tight again.
