Overall it is pretty good, however, it is blurry when I print my page and I could not read it clearly. Can someone send me information on what I can do to make this better. Send answer to hickshayes@gmail.com. Thank you.

Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

Try to grasp what the RFP entails. Review the components of the RFP. Review the prospect's requirements. Create a business proposal. Respond to objections. Present your Proposal.
A request for proposal is a project funding announcement posted by an organization for which companies place bids. The RFP outlines the bidding process and contract terms and guides how the bid should be formatted. RFPs are used primarily by government agencies to get the lowest possible bid.
Establish the project's boundaries. Identify key stakeholders and advisors. Talk to stakeholders and define your project needs. Write the RFP. ( Create a draft of your scoring criteria. Circulate the RFP. Review responses. Research novel technologies as necessary.
A Request for Proposal, or RFP, is a document that a business, non-profit, or government agency creates to outline the requirements for a specific project. They use the RFP process to solicit bids from qualified vendors and identify which vendor might be the best-qualified to complete the project.
RFPs should be used when a project is sufficiently complex, requires a great deal of technical information, solicits hard data for analysis and comparison, and thereby warrants a formal proposal from a supplier. They're best used when you really need to compare responses and vendors objectively.
All federal government agencies publish RFPs on their websites or at www.grants.gov. You can search for RFPs by program titles, departments, keywords, or the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CODA) numbers assigned to each RFP.
