So far I absolutely love it. I figured out that I can have my clients sign things electronically through this and I swear that alone makes it worth its weight in gold!

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software. Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs. Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it. May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What does it mean to be accredited by the BBB? BBB Accreditation signifies that any business that meets the standards is “committed to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.” The BBB takes into account any reviews received by consumers in order to create a rating for your company.
Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.
Accreditation with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is optional. It means that a company has voluntarily agreed to abide certain ethical standards (click button below for more info) and has also successfully completed a more extensive vetting process than non-accredited businesses.
When you become accredited by the Better Business Bureau, you show that your company supports the BBB's efforts to promote truth in advertising and integrity in business. Your BBB Accreditation permits the BBB to offer your customers and community important dispute resolution and inquiry services.
If a business has been accredited by the BBB, it means BBB has determined that the business meets accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.
To find local BBB accredited businesses, follow these steps: Open up a browser and go to the Better Business Bureau website. Select the FIND YOUR BBB tab. Type in your city and state or zip code.
For example, businesses are often accredited by the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Being accredited means an organization has proven itself as a legitimate establishment in their field. In some fields, such as education, it is not a quick process nor is it an easy process. Strict standards must be met.
When businesses lose their accreditation, it generally means that they simply decided to stop paying their bill. The BBB does not engage in any sort of process to protect consumers or their interests, they earn their money by essentially protecting businesses from consumer complaints.
