I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! I love it but when I was trying to edit document I could only click and erase some fields. I had to use the eraser for the rest. But overall great product.

I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

I have used this program on several occasions and it is easy to use and makes filling out forms and sending them an easy task

What do you like best?
The ability to change/save PDF files, the online signatures, the ability to delete unwanted pages in a PDF.
What do you dislike?
The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying.

I paid for the first 30 days to make sure that I would be happy with this tool. I am very satisfied with 99% of the editing and use tools. No ability to grab and move sections of existing form just new items.
