Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
When you receive a check from someone, you must endorse it before cashing it or depositing it. This is done by signing your name on the back of the left end of the check. You can also limit who can cash it by specifying in your endorsement that it is only to be deposited into your specified account at Provident.
Make sure the name you sign matches the name on the front of the check, even if the person who wrote the check misspelled or abbreviated it. If you plan to deposit your check, put For Deposit Only on the top endorsement line and write your bank's name and your account number on the line below your signature.
Plan Before Endorsing a Check to Someone Else. Confirm the Person/Entity Will Accept a Signed-Over Check. Ensure the Person's/Entity's Bank Will Accept the Check. Sign the Back of the Check in the Top Section of the Endorsement Area. Write Pay to the Order of and the Third Party's Name Below Your Signature.
Can someone endorse a U.S. Treasury Check and sign it over to someone else to either cash or deposit into the bank? Answer: There is nothing in the Uniform Commercial Code or Treasury regulations to prevent the negotiation of a Treasury check to a third party before it is deposited in a bank.
In order to deposit or cash a check, you first need to endorse it. Blank endorsement: A blank endorsement is made by signing your name on the back of the check. You must sign it exactly the way it appears on the Pay to the Order of line.
In order to get your money from the bank, you need to sign the check over to them. By endorsing the check you are attesting to the fact that you have transferred said document to them, and they can draw on that account. The best reason for endorsing a check is in case it is lost.
Endorsement is not required on check. If you want to withdraw cash money from bank, they would ask you to endorse the same. If you want to deposit in your account, endorsement is not required.
When you write a check, the only place you need to sign is on the front right on the signature line. However, it is possible to include instructions on the back of a check when you write it. If you receive a check, you'll need to sign the back to deposit or cash it.

Short Answer: The list of banks that accept third-party checks includes Bank of America, BBT, Chase, Citibank, Connexus Credit Union, First National Bank, HSBC, M&T, PNC, Entrust Bank, TD Bank, and U.S. Bank.
If you have been appointed personal representative by a probate court, take the letters of authority to a bank to open your account, take and endorse the checks for deposit to the account you opened, put the checks into the bank.
The executor has the authority to endorse checks made payable to the decedent or the estate, but he has no authority to manage life insurance proceeds payable to a named beneficiary or financial accounts with a joint owner or payable on death designations because these assets are not part of the probate estate.
SPECIAL ENDORSEMENT — This method allows you to sign your check over to someone else (a third party) who may then deposit it or cash it. Write “Pay to the order of" and then the name of the person you are giving the check to. Then, as above, sign your name underneath. Now you can give your check to that individual.
