Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. I look forward to using your service again in the future and would recommend your product highly.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open Drive and sign in with your username and password. Double-click a file or image. In the preview window, at the top right, click More Show resolved comments. (Optional) To hide the comments again, click More Hide resolved comments.
Resolved comments can also be brought back to the document. At the top-right of the page, near your Google Account's display picture, you'll see an icon of a speech bubble with three horizontal lines inside it. Clicking on this icon will open the document's comment history.
Open a Paper doc. Click the (ellipsis) icon. Click Doc history. Under the Comment history tab, find the list of resolved comments. Scroll to the comment you'd like to unresolved and click Unresolved.
Collaboration is at the heart of Google Docs. When a document is shared with others, you can comment for anyone else to see who has access to that document. You can also reply to someone else's comment, and resolve and hide a comment discussion.
Open the file you want to make a copy of. In the menu, click File Make a copy. Type a name and choose where to save it. If you want to copy comments from a document, spreadsheet, or presentation, click Copy comments and suggestions or Copy comments.
Note: To see a single comment, look for yellow highlighted text in a document or an orange corner in a cell. To view the comment, tap the cell or text, then tap View comment. On your iPhone or iPad, open a file in the Google Docs app.
To find that, click on the white “Comment” button at the top of the document (to the left of the blue “Share” button). You can reopen any resolved comments there. If you don't see the comments there, it means your collaborator hasn't saved them properly.
If you just want to change one of the last few edits you have made, you can use the “Undo” button just as you would with any other word processing program. Click on the undo arrow from the Google Docs toolbar, or click “Edit” and “Undo” to reverse the last few changes you have made.
Note: To see a single comment, look for yellow highlighted text in a document or an orange corner in a cell. To view the comment, tap the cell or text, then tap View comment. On your iPhone or iPad, open a file in the Google Docs app. Select the text or cell and tap Add Comment.
At the top-right of the page, near your Google Account's display picture, you'll see an icon of a speech bubble with three horizontal lines inside it. Clicking on this icon will open the document's comment history. This area will keep track of comments and comment resolutions.
