It is 100% easier than anything else I have ever used to manipulate and work within pdf files. Please contact me if you would like a reference. I have told everyone about it and how great the site is for true productivity.
What do you dislike?
It is a very robust platform that could use a few more page editing tools - what about cut and paste to move a line of text left or right?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely get it. It is the best money spent for my productivity. Per the question above, I am now going to check out and see if this integrates with other software!!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I work on government contracts which require pages and pages filled out. I import them all into pdffiller and work right from there.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Investor rights are restricted The rights of an investor in a particular company whilst generally governed by the law, can be curtailed or altered under the shareholders' agreement.
By way of background, when someone invests in your business they are actually buying shares in your business in exchange for money. They can buy common shares or preferred shares. If your investor only gets common shares, then that means you are on equal footing.
Piggyback registration rights are a form of registration rights that grants the investor the right to register his or her unregistered stock when either the company or another investor initiates a registration.
Demand registration rights entitle an investor to force a company to register shares of common stock so that the investor can sell them to the public. This effectively causes the company to undertake an IPO if the company is not yet public.
Also called tag-along rights, co-sale rights allow minority shareholders to sell their stakes in a company if a majority shareholder wishes to sell its stake in a company.
Many investors can't invest in LCS. Some investors, such as venture capital funds, can't invest in pass-through companies such as LCS, because the VC fund has tax-exempt partners that can't receive active trade or business income due to their tax-exempt status.
Your LLC may be able to attract investment from wealthy individuals, investment groups, or in rare cases, venture capitalists. These savvy investors will expect you to have a solid business plan and project an image as someone who can successfully run the business and provide them with a return on their investment.
Once the LLC is set up, you can open a brokerage account in the name of the LLC and transfer existing assets. LCS can also provide for some tax advantages. Legitimate business expenses like transaction costs, management fees and research materials can be easier to write off.
Write the Opening Recitals of the Investment Contract. Make Your "Whereas" Statements. List the Articles of the Agreement. Note the Payment Terms in the Investment Contract. Identify Any Deliverables. State the Term and Termination of the Contract. Show the Company Contacts for the Investor and Company.
Angel investors typically want from 20 to 25 percent return on the money they invest in your company. Venture capitalists may take even more; if the product is still in development, for example, an investor may want 40 percent of the business to compensate for the high risk it is taking.
Create a realistic budget to gain traction. Get to know potential investors. Use social media. Pitch at your level. Practice your pitch. Keep on keeping on.
Investment Contracts Law and Legal Definition. The “investment contracts" means "a contract, transaction or scheme whereby a person invests his money in a common enterprise and is led to expect profits solely from the efforts of the promoter or a third party.”
A simple definition of a security is any proof of ownership or debt that has been assigned a value and may be sold. For the holder, a security represents an investment as an owner, creditor or rights to ownership on which the person hopes to gain profit. Examples are stocks, bonds and options.
